Looking to find out if an infant counts towards the room occupancy level. He will be 9 months and in a crib. Just trying to figure out if we need to stay in a 2 bedroom for 1 night oer if we can do a 1 bedroom.

Two adults and one infant in the lock off is fine. You wont have any problem.

If you want them to deliver a crib you *might* need to declare the infant as an extra person, and *technically* there might be a fee....most likely, they'll just bring the crib. I'd tip the person who delivers the crib if I saw him/her.

Guess I should have stated that it will be myself, dh, ds8, dd11, and the baby.

We will definitely need a crib!

Just went and did the online chat and the rep told me that they don't count until age 4.

Thanks!

By one bedroom, are you talking about the villa portion with full kitchen? That part accommodates 4. Or, are you talking about the lock off? That accommodates 2. With 5 in your party, hope its not the latter.

I have exchanged into a 2 bedroom at Royal Mayan for next July. If I invite my cousin's family, we will be 4 adults and 3 kids 7, 12 and 15. How much fee will I need to pay for the extra person? thanks

You should be fine in the Suite side. You and DH in the King Master, the 2 older children in the Murphy beds and the baby in the crib. I would imagine that they will not even charge you the activity fee for the baby, especially since it is only one night.

We paid $25 per night for an additional teen last April at the Haciendas. In recent years it was $20 per night but has gone up. Well worth it, she had a ball and would have had to stay home since it was her older sister's senior trip.

Yes, we will be staying on the villa side.
