We will be staying at Marriott’s Royal Palms in Orlando for the first time. Any building suggestions for our room request? Thanks.

They are all good. I prefer staying on the top floor of any of the buildings and at the end of the floor to reduce any possible noise from other units. Even if you stay in the end building, it’s a short walk to the pool. And you can always take the van to the Hotel’s huge resort sized pool if you prefer that big resort feel with pool side food service.

Also, there are also fun slides if you or your family would be interested. (They used to charge for the slides but when I visited last year, they were free/included.)

Does the 2nd bedroom still have the fold out sleeper chair?

The hotel restaurants are excellent. You can dine at the hotel and have the charges billed to you room. This is a great way to earn MarriotRewards during your timeshare vacation. We had a room on the first floor and it was excellent.
