I have been contacted by Royal Members Events wanting to buy my Cozumel timeshare. They ask for no money upfront. I will be required to pay a 7% of the more than fair offer after I receive payment for the timeshare. They will send the money via check, wire transfer, PayPAL or a number of ways.
I looked at their website but don't know where else to turn to verify their legitimacy.
Any help TUG members can offer would be REALLY appreciated.

Any time a company contacts you 99.999% chance it's a SCAM. They may SAY you're only required to send 7% of the amount once "sold", but once they "sell" it, they'll demand more money.

A simple google search should be enough research.. Look at several posts, and I'm sure you'll find enough information to make a smart decision. I'd post a link to a scam warning about this company, but I'm afraid it would simply be deleted by a moderator..

Thanks for your prompt responses. It helped a lot and I did find more and helpful information online.
I sent an email to the company asking them to not contact me again.
