Does anyone have an approximation of the residual for the Royal Islander Week 12 or 13? Thanks.

The Islander doesn't have a residual based on original purchase price the way the earlier three Royals do. In the case of the Islander, the distribution (if any) is divided equally among the owners of all weeks/locations.
