Royal Cancun unit C1600-3 Bedroom-Help Please

I was just confirmed into this unit. It is the only 3 bedroom unit at the Royal Cancun Resort. It was built by the developer for his own use. I have looked at a map and it is set off by itself in front of the air-conditioning/machinery building. I have been unable to find any information on the layout or views from this unit. I am hesitant to keep the exchange. Has anyone stayed in this unit that can give me some information on it? If not, are you familiar with the location and what do you think about the location?

I only have until the end of the day to cancel so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I sure hope you took this exchange!!! It's beautiiful!!! 3 Master's, 4 1/2 bathrooms, Full dining room and kitchen, it was one of the owner's personal house!
