Royal Cancun showing up in II without AI logo

Hello,

Is it true the Royal Cancun (CII) is not AI via interval? It does not have the all inclusive logo next to it using the certificate.

It has always shown AI when we searched but maybe that has changed

What resort are you referring to? The Royal Cancun (CII) or the Royal Sands (RSD)? They are different resorts. Royal Sands showing AI when I search with the freebie AC. I don't see anything available for Royal Cancun (CII) on my AC.

Apologies. Corrected the original posting. It is the Royal Cancun (CII). My AC shows it and it does not have the AI logo next to it.

Royal Cancun isn't mandatory AI. Only Royal Sands and Royal Haciendas.
