I found this on Youtube. It was just uploaded. It's a 1 bedroom villa.

Here are the point values for this room. It's about 20 points cheaper a week when compared to the Grand Floridian.

And about 6 to 50 points more expensive a week when compared to a TWO bedroom at Boardwalk. DH and I are looking forward to staying in a 1 bedroom at Riviera in early February, but I'm glad we're paying with credit card rewards points - it's probably a one-and-done for us.

The Riviera is absolutely awesome. We had a chance to walk the property.

Very well done. The rooms are even nicer than the Grand which surprised us.

We just toured the resort last week. It is very nice however there is more foot traffic than normal due to the Skyliner having a station there. Other than that everything looks wonderful. Some of the restrooms on the outside require rfid access.

Looks awesome. Finally a Disney property I’d like. How are the conditions of the rooms in DVC resorts? Do kids just run a muck in these rooms?

should be great while it's new. DVC villas are not refurbished as frequently as the Disney hotels.

We just checked out of the Riviera and it is absolutely gorgeous and well done... However, we were with some friends and in our opinion the rooms at the Grand Floridian are nicer than the Riviera . That's the nice thing about all these Disney resorts - lots of options and everyone can have favorites!

We love the Grand as well. We borrow a lot of ideas from the resorts we stay at for our home.
They spend a ton on designers, we simply borrow those.
