Room Request at Fairway Villas

I have been reading that there have been some construction of new buildings at Fairway Villas in NJ. Having never been there before, can someone suggest a room request for me? How many floors are there? I enjoy a nice view, but am mostly concerned with having a new(er) unit on a higher floor.

Also, we are Marriott exchangers. Anyone know about golf deals? My husband and 2 sons, ages 11 and 9, love to golf. Doesn't need to be a championship course or anything. 9 holes would do the trick.

Thanks!

Take the tour and stay in Desert Springs Building across from both pools

We go there all the time. Any villa in the Desert Springs building will be fine. If you take the Marriott tour, very, very easy timeshare sales tour, you can get two free golf passes or $100 off of local attractions or food.

The buildings at MFV are 3 floors each. View really isn't any different from one building to the other. All of the units face trees directly and the Pines course towards the back of the building. Eagle is the newest complete building. The new building is being built next to Eagle. Check out the map on the review pages.

My suggestion is to request a top floor. Make sure you make the request directly to MFV. Last year we put in that request via the pre-arrival request online and we didn't get the top floor. We were told the front desk never gets any info from the pre-arrivals.

There are some local courses that are significantly cheaper than the courses at MFV and Seaview. I don't recall the names right now. I'll post them if I find them.

Thank you! We will be checking in on Sunday and I am looking forward to it. It appears to have a different atmosphere than some of the other Marriotts we've been to. It's fun to try them all:clap:
