I doubt there would be any ROFR concerns for a Gold week at Manor Club. Marriott would have no desire to have one in inventory as the marketing costs would be more than the profit. Manor Club has a very long platinum season so Gold and Silver units are worth almost nothing. I think the reports have been about $2k or less for gold weeks.
You may want to at least call Marriott resales and find out if they are willing to try to sell it for you. I called a couple of months ago and they had no wait list for people who wanted to sell their MMC Platinum weeks. I could list it with them immediately. After their commission I would have made all about $1000 of my initial purchase price back. I am not going to sell it but that was nice to hear.
