Just won an eBay auction for 7,000 EOY points at the Boulevard for $860 +some closing costs. Any sense it gets through ROFR at $860? Is Hilton still in the mode of letting stuff go through as they seemed to be earlier this year, or is that changing?

Is this a Platinum 2BR or one of the larger units in lower season? Do you have a link to the listing?

I'll be finding our soonish with a 5000 Pt. Annual for $1075, so we shall see :)

Cheers.

3 BR Gold EOY. Already have 7,000 Annual platinum at Sea World and just trying to add on to that with a few more points in odd years. Seemed like a good deal considering MF's. Good luck to you.

I think this is the one:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/284029908228

Based on the recent ROFR activity I think it will pass. @Todd Moffitt please be sure to post to ROFR.net once you get a positive or negative result.

As near as I can tell (and I could be wrong) there are only two certainties when if comes to ROFRs.

A Flamingo purchase will pass ROFR.

An Ocean Oak purchase will not pass ROFR.

Having said that, (and it is meant to be taken lightly as gentle humor) I'd say your chances are pretty good.

And I'll add to my post here that this 2BR Gold Annual (5000 Pt.) passed at $1075. And all fees paid by seller :)

Cheers.
