Is anyone familiar with these individuals? I am in the process of contracting on a Starwood SVV week and would love any feedback you have on the following parties:

Robert Levene - Licensed Real Estate Broker
Evan Stuart & Assoc - Brokerage Firm
Jeffrey Sweet - Licensed Attorney

Since both the individuals are licensed in the state of Florida so I feel pretty good about this; however, given these are timeshare specialists I am surprised at the lack of info on TUGBBS about them.

Are you selling something through them?

I have sold 6 or 7 units through Robert working as an agent of Evan Stuart, they have all been quickly closed and funded. I can highly recommend Robert.

I have used Jeffrey Sweet's law office in Ormond Beach, FL on several different occasions, as both buyer and seller (all transactions involved just one particular FL facility). While I (...and I'm sure, many other TUGGERS) don't generally feel any need or desire to utilize (or pay) lawyers for simple timeshare closings (hence the lack of widespread mention which you note), a few resorts seem to steer all of their closings to / through one specific lawyer (...which is exactly how I came to do business with Jeffrey Sweet's law office).

The office is competent and experienced. The closing (which included title insurance) cost only only slightly more than the fees charged by more widely recognized closing companies which are not law offices. I didn't seek or ask for the title insurance; I assume that it was readily available, inexpensive and provided simply because Sweet's office had probably handled virtually every resale closing at that particular facilty since the original developer sales and any "title search" would therefore be a piece of cake for that law office.

Transaction completed

Wanted to follow up on my post to indicate the transaction went through and was processed perfectly. Robert and Jeffrey Stuart's offices were both very responsive with inquiries and were good on their word.

The transaction took about 16 weeks for full transfer from prior owner to being recognized by the resort; the original estimate was 8 weeks

I would definitely recommend all of them in the future.

This may be a relatively unimportant detail --- and I'm certainly glad that all worked out to your satisfaction, but I just wanted to point out that Robert Levene (a FL realtor / broker) is not in any way directly affiliated with / within the law offices of Jeffrey Sweet, other than the fact that Mr. Levene is apparently an occasional client for closings.

I make the above distinction simply because I have never encountered or heard of a single negative experience from anyone regarding Mr. Sweet's law office. However, I cannot truthfully make that same statement regarding Robert Levene...
