Looking for owners of Roark Resort and your opinions on the Special Assessment options that we received two days before Christmas. I am interested to see what other owners are thinking and if these are our only options.

We are owners as well and are not happy with the options given. We are a bit shocked they want us to pay them to take our week that we have already paid for.

I am a Roark owner and have tried to call "customer service" and can't get thru. and no return call after leaving a message. I have owned since 1989 and am outraged at this rip-off. I have no intention of giving them any money. I, too, would like to know what others are thinking.

Yes, it seems that we own our weeks and they should be paying us if they want our week back.
