Hello all,

Our firm represents clients who are evaluating Private Residence Club options, and we have a client seriously considering buying a property at the Ritz-Carlton Club, Aspen Highlands.

We have not been able to find data yet on the ease of trading weeks between other RC properties, so wanted to see if anyone on the TUG forum has, or knows of someone who has, had an experience within their structures? We are specifically interested in knowing how easy it has been to trade your weeks during different times of the year (amount of time in advance needed, etc.).
