I just purchased a timeshare on eBay for 1$ but the resort has ROFR. It was at vacation village in Kissimmee. Any idea what the chance are it till go through. I didn’t know about this website when I bid and I see a lot on here for a few hundred which I think would be more likely to go through.
thanks

We need to know exactly what you bought to be accurate, but in most cases, Florida is over-built with timeshares, and they aren't looking to take any back.

It is almost certain it will go through. I doubt Vacation Village is taking back any weeks/points.

That’s so surprising. It was a 2 bedroom 92,500 points. Maintenance fees are about 1000. .

I would be very surprised if they exercised ROFR. I haven't heard of ROFR being exercised by Vacation Village.

I don't know if RCI points even has any value to the developer. They resell the week as they resell any other week. Isn't RCI points something that a buyer usually adds on later?

Im not sure. Im a newbie. My mom had timeshares but she passed away but she loved them and I just thought this was a way to travel with my family or friends.
