The Ridge Tahoe overlooks the breathtaking and beautiful Carson Valley, and is nestled on a spectacular Sierra Nevada ridge above Lake Tahoe. It is a year-round resort located adjacent to Heavenly Ski Resort with a private ski gondola down to Heavenly's Stagecoach Lodge.

2 bedroom lockout that sleeps 6, located in Plaza building. Full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit.

Floating Prime weeks 50 - 16 & 21 - 39. Available for 2016.

This is a great resort for skiers . It has ski in ski out for heavenly. I already own 2 units here or I would grab this.

The maintenance fee is $1,079 a year. Also as it is a lockout you can split the unit and use one half one week and the other half a second week. As I am giving it away I figured the taker would pay the fees. I have owned it for a long time so I don't remember the fees but they were minimal.

As an FYI I am "selling" it because my kids are grown and we now rarely use it.

Actually I have never had a problem making reservations for ski weeks, and I always reserved the year I went, never the year before.

I used to own an EOY week in the same building. Sold it last year to a Tugger. You should have no problem giving away this week. Good luck to you and the future new owner.

I have not paid 2016/2017 dues so I don't know. Give me the dates and I can check. My understanding is that the summer dates are harder to get than the ski dates (which I bought it for)

MF doesn't have to be paid to make the reservation at The Ridge. I would like 2016 checkin Sat Feb 6 and Sat July 2nd. 2017 checkin Dec 25, 2016(yes this is considered 2017 wk) and Sat Feb 18, 2017. If you can make the reservations for these dates, I would be interested.
