Has anyone had experience with Exclusive Sales in Orlando Florida--we are trying to sell our ownership at Premiere Vacation Club at Sedona Ariz. they claimed to be representing the resort (a scam) and got us to pay upfront fees which we tried to have back--but of course no luck as they have a non-cancellation clause in the contract--we are out 1500 as of last week--thought about contacting BBB in Orlando or AG of Florida

The BBB has no power over scammers - you should contact the Attorney General's office.

The Florida AG seems to be the most proactive in the country on this type of scam. I agree that is the way to go.

Exclusive Sales Scam

These guys have called me several times and I answered yesterday just for fun. There has been a price increase because "John Fletcher" told me there was a $1590 upfront fee. See ya, John!
