RHC: Searching online

Hello seasoned RHC members:
I finally received my first correspondence today from RHC - an invoice! No welcome kit, no explanation of how to use my 30K points, just an invoice for 2009 and 1/3 of the SA (the vendor agreed to pay 2/3s for 2007 and 2008).
I got my login information from the rep and was looking online at availability for several different properties. Am I correct in that I can only search one week at a time for a single destination or am I missing some basic permutation when using this search engine? Any advice would be appreciated. Is there in fact a welcome kit?
Thanks,
Steve

Just click on the two tabs that say dates are not fixed and location is not fixed. That will give you more loctons and dates

You will get no welcome kit. Heck, you will (as you discovered) hardly get a welcome.

Let me be the one to say "Welcome SteveH!"

Thanks to all for the advice and thanks to Bigrick for the welcome - I guess I now have that Royal feeling all over!
I haven't seen any NY online yet but I have found Madrid, Rome, SF and few other potential stays of interest. I've never been to Rome, so we're hoping to visit in the spring of 2010.
