Returning to Harborside June 2025

Hi All...coming back to Harborside after about 5 years and wondering if there are any important new developments/tips about being there. I've already arranged transportation with Sandra again as it's always been a good experience. Going to make the grocery/liquor stop. Also bringing some food items as we recall how expensive everything is. Always welcome any suggestions, comments etc. Such a great group here. Thanks!

There is a new grocery store on the island within a short walk. I don't know if the resort still offers a grocery shuttle into Nassau (for a fee).

Island Wine and Spirts (www.islandwinesandspirits.net) is located in Mackey Plaza
Same location as the Super Value store
You can order online and have the order ready for pick up if you like
You can call and arrange an order as well using WhatsApp
It can be a time saver to have the order in place for pickup

Mackey Plaza is across the bridge and up the hill from Paradise Island
You will have to ask Sandra which supermarket they stop at
I use Cheryl's taxi
If you are familiar with WhatsApp, everybody in the Bahamas' tourist industry has a WhatsApp Number to communicate internationally
