regarding your timeshare...

I am still learning so may have some dumb questions.
Is this an annual use unit? Our vacation week is typically in late march. I looked at a calendar and it is week 13 this year. Would it be avaialable to use that week this year? How many does it sleep. I have 3 young boys. and a wife!
