Responsible Exit renamed as Transitions program?

I talked to an agent with Responsible Exit about surrendering my timeshare. Instead of giving me quote of 1.5 x MF, I was told that they would refer my case to Transitions and get back to me with a quote. Has anyone had a similar experience recently?
Isn't Transitions the name of the deedback program that Diamond Resorts runs?

Quite possibly, since both Bluegreen and the former Diamond Resorts are all owned by the same company (Hilton) now.

responsible exit is a website run by arda that lists official industry exit programs.

transitions has been the name of the diamond resorts (now hilton) exit program for some time now...it would not surprise me if that same department began handling bluegreen as well.
