Great company to deal with. They know Fairfield and Worldmark inside out. I bought 6 Fairfield weeks from them and everything went smoothly. They will answer all your questions honestly and have a wealth of knowledge. Angel and Delva even helped me after the sale closed with loaning me points to make a reservation and let me give them back with my points the following year. GREAT PEOPLE!!!

I see that RPMI offers some good deals on Worldmark.
How are their fees, other than the WM $150 transfer?

Hi Sean,
They charge a $200 closing fee in addition to the $150 WorldMark transfer fee. If you buy from them, just make your offer contigent upon the seller paying all of the fees. Jeff Fudge is good to work with.
