Im staying in a 5star resort on an II exchange. The resort is about 10 years old and is starting to show its age.

Should I overlook wear and tear like corners with chipped paint, tables with chipped corners, cabinets that the veneer is pealing off?

There is no longer coffee in the lobby.

Most things are OK, the staff is excellent, it's in a great location.

No, maintenance is necessary. This can't be a 5 star, not even a 4 star when no maintenance is done.

But is this a quiz? Do we have to guess the name of the resort?
