Resort Closings

I really don't want to complain....but I purchased a Wyndham contract from this company 8 weeks ago...I know Wyndham can take this long and longer...but I have asked for updates from Resort Closings every couple weeks and more times than not..I don't get any reply. I know they are getting my emails but just choose to ignore them. Something to think about before doing business again.

I believe that I have used Resort Closings in the past (ebay purchases) and found them to be responsive to my emails in general. But I also would call on the phone if I needed/wanted a faster response.

I am having a tough time getting an answer from Andrew @timesharepro
I have used this company many times, but I need a reservation for my recent purchase of an SBP week that is now deeded but not transferred into my name because Vistana will deny use, if I do not have a reservation already in my name. Andrew doesn't answer, neither does the closer, Alissa.

It's been 15 days since I emailed Andrew for this reservation.

I am used to getting great service from this company and highly recommend them, but the lack of communication can be disconcerting.

I was unable to get reservations in my name after I bought from another seller and just kind of know that Vistana won't give me anything that I don't already have (reservation in my name).

They have had my money for a Worldmark contract for 3 plus months and I thought I was just waiting on Worldmark, but now I’m being told I’m waiting for the sellers signature? I mean, seriously? My poor husband is stuck in the middle as he did the transaction for me with his US account. Anyhow, thought I would have my contract any time now, and now I’m worried something is up. Do you think I should contact John directly?

I dealt with John @timesharepro many times and all went great so no worries.

Sometime the closer do not answer or paperwork gets misplaces, as it did in my last closing, but John is always on the top of it once you let him know.
