trying to sort out a few different resorts that may be the same or share the same location.

wyndham tamarack and peppertree at tamarack

both seem to share the same address, but i cant find any website or differentiation for the peppertree location other than it appears to be separate within II.

can anyone clear up the difference between these two "resorts" or are they one in the same?

I believe it's the same resort, but two sections managed by different companies.

I'm going to Tamarack in ten days. I will check it out and report back unless you get definitive information prior.

Check in is at the same place, but wyndham is in the back.

Two different "older" timeshares located

Tamarack is located on the outskirts of town near Super Walmart.

It was called Mirror Lake and Tamarack Resort when we went. Yes, The Townhouses were separate from Wyndham. We enjoyed it there. We exchanged in through Platinum Interchange

ah ok...so it is the same address but two separate "resorts" within?

safe to say the "peppertree" moniker is long gone?

I own at the Peppertree and only live a couple miles away. They are on the same
Complex and like the others said, Wyndham is in the back and you can tell those
Units because they are in larger buildings. The Peppertree buildings have mainly
Four units per building.

My mf bill still says Peppertree but I don't remember if the sign out front does.
Next time I go by I'll be sure to watch for it, I know it says Tamarack. I think
There are a few management companies there. I own a Festiva unit. Then there
Is Wyndham and I think there are some that are Mirror Lake.

There are actually three different sections, all managed by the same management group. Mirror Lake is in front of the lake, Wyndham Tamarack is the three-story buildings beside the lake and most, if not all, of the rest of the units are Peppertree at Tamarack. We own a unit at the Peppertree at Tamarack section. If you're an RCI member, you'll see that these three all have different resort numbers. We've stayed at Mirror Lake before we obtained our week (found on this site, by the way!) but we like the Peppertree units better.

Just to make things more confusing, there's a timeshare resort called Tamarack in Carlsbad California nearby Carlsbad Inn.

Peppertree at Tamarack is managed by Festiva: http://festiva.com/tamarack.php. There many duplexes throughout the property...

Wynaham Tamarack is Wyndham. It consists of one building with 1 and 2 bedrooms condos. It's very nice.

Check-in is in the same location (same address), which is at the recreation center.
