We are starting to look at other properties to exchange into and Bluegreen the Fountains in Orlando often comes up cheap in II. We have looked at many of the other properties in Orlando, mostly Diamond and Westgate, but they all add resort fees or amenity fees (daily internet fee) for people exchanging in. The validity of that IMO is another topic, but I am wondering what, if any, resort fees we may get hit with if we were to book an exchange or getaway into a Bluegreen property as non Bluegreen owners.

I don't know for sure. The public resort page at BG has no resort or amenity fee listed. The exact same text is used for the owners' resort page. The RCI page does not list a resort fee, but their is a "possible" cleaning fee for RCI points reservations. I couldn't find The Fountains on the II website--BG is a RCI affiliate (but I know some resorts HOAs work with both RCI and II).

https://www.bluegreenvacations.com/resorts/florida/the-fountains#gref (scroll to "important notes")

"Housekeeping fee for all RCI points reservations: There may be a fee of 98.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay."
