Is anyone else experiencing this? This has been moderately annoying for me since yesterday when it started happening across all devices and browsers. I've tried desktop chrome, desktop chrome incognito, desktop edge, IOS Chrome, IOS Safari, it doesn't matter. When viewing a resort webpage for any Wyndham Resort on the Wyndham website, if I try to expand (by hitting the + sign) any of the categories of "Resort Alerts," "Resort Information," "Helpful Hints," "Points Chart," and "Accessible Features," the website just jumps back to the top and nothing happens. Nothing happens if I hit "Expand All" as well. Is anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas on a workaround? I'm trying to research some different resorts for a trip next year and it's really obnoxious. Thanks in Advance!

This is what I am talking about:

Yes, same. I started noticing this a day or two ago, and I just checked and it's still happening. I've tried Chrome and Safari on my iPhone, and Chrome and Edge on my laptop. None of those sections expand for me.

Edit: if anyone has a magical browser/device combination that currently works, please share!

Chrome on a PC. Nothing special.

Are you sure the system didn't log you off the site? What you're describing is what happens if you do a Google search for a resort and try to expand any of those items.

Sometimes clearing the browser cache makes Wyndham (and lots of websites) suddenly work again.

That worked! Thank you. I didn't realize you had to be logged in to expand those fields.

Great! It's not always easy to know at a glance if you're still logged on. Lots of times I see my photo in the upper right but I can't do anything without logging on again.

This must be a change, because I've regularly gone to the site and looked at that information in the past without being logged in. When I'm in the Facebook groups I'm regularly looking at this points chart or that helpful hints section for fees, and I would never bother to log in unless I was looking up availability or something account-specific.

It's a dumb change if it is a change. Why wouldn't Wyndham want prospective (non-owners) looking up facts about their resorts?

Sometimes Wyndham seems to be incapable of rational thought.

Best guess it's a regression bug - if it's intentional then they should simply hide those sections in entirety from non-owners so as not to create confusion. If it's still a problem next week I'll send an email to our IT contacts for investigation.
