When making a reservation through the Wyndham System online it asks who the reservation is for. Yourself, Wyndham Owner or Guest.

Obviously yourself is well, obvious. Guest is a guest but whats up with the Wyndham Owner option. I looked through the Member Directory but couldn't find anything on that option.

Okay tuggers, enlighten me with your knowledge!

It allows you to put the resevation under your spouse or whoever else is a co owner. You should do this if booking 2 of the same weeks at same resort this will allow you to avoid the guest fee if travelling with a friend or relative.

Thanks ANTJMAR. I was thinking that it referred to another Wyndham Owner.

You are welcome :)
I think once you select it it will give you a list of people in your account. Also if you dont specify second reservation for the same week as a guest or different owner, at 15 days you will lose one of the resevations...

In my case, the dropdown for Other Wyndham Owner shows my wife's name and some guy named Leroy. (I am not making this up!) We've had I don't know how many service reps say they'd get Leroy off the list but he's still there.

I would stongly suggest you get ahold of the Escalation department. This could be a hugh out year problem. Leroy, the way it stands now, can use your accout.

Yee, Jim, you are not enjoying "your extra benefit". You have a 3rd name to "HOLD" your reservations in without the dreaded 14 day window cancellation gremlin striking.

Leroy must be;) "your father-in-law", right???;) ;)

If he knew my UserID and password (or my account number, name, and ZIP code), I guess he could.
