Hi I recently posted about rescinding a Westgate timeshare. I have sent a letter (internationally signed for as I live in the UK) to the address on my contract and I have enclosed a copy of my contract. As of yet, almost 2 weeks later I have heard nothing. I am getting worried as I read on another post that the correct address is on the CD that they give you. My CD was missing and when I queried it they said they would post it to me and I have not received it. Should I contact them or wait to hear from them. Thanks

I can't say how Westgate will handle it or how long it takes for whatever type of mail you used to cross the pond and I have no idea what internationally signed means but, if you posted your rescission within the cooling off period to an address for Westgate provided on the contract as 'a' Westgate address, you should be released and all monies returned.

And it probably took a week to get there. You live far away, you know. Occasionally check your credit card account to see if the refund has been given. I would think the address has to be in the paperwork. On a CD is it really in writing?
