They were taking my great Smokies Lodge 105k and Branson at the Falls 105k leaving me Ocean Walk Daytona because it had to have trustees sign so instead of $280 the new fees were $417. Wow wasn't that a deal!!

I bought resale first after buying into Discovery, then I bought regular developer points using the Discovery $ credit. No regrets, I get lots of value out of my points. I did my rescind on an RCI Resort purchase some years back. It went smoothly.

Yes. That would only have been until they removed the two fixed weeks which

I agree. It took a lot to remove trustees from my trust but then it was only $197 then $209 now $215 and supposedly $225 next year for 402k all ARP.

anyone know exactly how long the rescind process take after the letter has been received? We didn't put any $$ down but a pay pal account was open in my name to finance some of the charges for the purchase of the contact.

All accounts opened by Wyndham were closed when recind was acknowledged. All opened with my acceptance activated at signing so my 6 month PayPal was due within the 6 months that rushed my sale of house to rush through. Bug I still remained silver and felt worth it in 2012 but now unsure.

Usually done within 2-3 weeks. By law Wyndham has more time than that but usually done in a timely manner
