Thanks. I am concerned that because it took so long, 2025 MF have not been paid. Knowing MVC , they would just sit on it, not let us know, but not transfer due to unpaid dues. That's why I am looking for an email to inquire.

That wouldn't have been a factor in my transaction; I know that the MF's were paid timely.

I have one that was received by MVC on 10/31 and hasn't been completed yet. I called last week and was told they were working on 10/17, this was 8 or 9 days ago IIRC. I asked specifically about fees but they said there was nothing they could do. I asked about waiving any late fees and they said maybe but there was no set policy. I asked them to make a note that I'd called and was concerned about the fees and late fees hoping that would improve my chances of getting them waived.

I don't believe unpaid fees will hold up the transfer. They will just transfer to you with the fees due and could also include a late fee.

Mailed HOTA to Marriott on 9/30 and still waiting on the transfer to complete. I believe we are in the 80 to 90 business day window complete. E-mail is owner.modifications@vacationclub.com. I have not contacted them as I don't want to distract from completing transfers. It will get done just being patient.

Thanks. I think that was our exact date, so we're apparently in the same boat race!

I was notified on 1/30/2025 that the transfer was completed. The unit was listed in my account by 1/31/2025. This years week is not yet listed under my reservation but MVC has given me the reservation number and confirmed the check in date.
