Is it true that if you buy a resale and have a specific deed at a certain location, you will not have the 13-month booking ahead of time because it is a resale?

Which sites are the best to buy with low maintenance fee and lower risk of natural disasters (e.g. hurricanes, floods) so that no much extra assessment fees will take place?

I purchased resale two years ago in Destin, FL specifically for the ARP and have made my 13 month reservations for the last two years there with no problem whatsoever. Have you been told differently?

Resale makes no difference.

Converted week has 10-13 month ARP only for underlying week. All UDI have ARP even if resale.
