Thinking Of Purchasing Resale Again- Last One Took 3 Months- Seems A Bit Long -
How Long Should A Resale Purchase Transacction For A Hilton Or Hyatt Property Take???

Alot depends on in which county the resort is located. Some counties can be slow to record and/or return deeds. Timeshare closings done through the mail can take as little as a month or many, many months with about 45-60 days being the norm.

We just closed on Hyatt Pinion Point. It took a total of 50 days from contract to closing. We closed through SmartChoice Realty- they were great!

i would give this guy any into he really Stiffed me a hyatt owner. Yes i booked a Carmel Highlands Inn for this guy Duke and he never followed through i got the stiff and it cost me $$$ and cancellation fees..(nice trade DUKE):mad:

I suggest not give Duke and info he is not a nice guy to deal with. :doh:

I even offerd this guy to call the manager and he still stated i was not a hyatt owner!!!:wave: :wave:

GOOD BY DUKE!!! Watch out Hyatt owners this guy is full of SHI_:ignore:

Actually I hope he does not respond. This is not the forum to go after people. This will result in a point counter point debate. I would hate to see these boards turn into a courtroom.
