What is a good price to pay for a 2200pt Hyatt week in Coconut plantation or in Windward pointe in the resale market. I have found some offers around $20K. Would I be paying too much or is it a reasonable price?

I did read in some old post that $19 - $25K is a good price. Is this still true in the current market?

19-22K is a great price considering what the original owner payed directly from Hyatt. You can always offer 17-19k never hurts

I've seen better now and then- here & there. Keep looking especially in this economy. It's a great resort.
Kal and Seth are very good at pricing.
I belong to the non-official, but informative, Hyatt Owners Group on Yahoo. It's free, but registration required.

Go to yahoo groups, Hyatt.
