What would be a good resale price for a Marriott Horizons Branson EOY or Marriott Horizons Orlando EOY (platinum season)?

Would either of these trade through Interval very well on the years you didn't want to use them? Or are both locations overbuilt and you would be better off to buy it just to use it only?

Also, if you bought at Marriott Horizons in Orlando, would you be able to see Interval "Getaway" weeks at the resort, or is your home resort excluded to you for "Getaway" weeks through Interval?

Thanks for any help.

I bought every year platinum 2 bedroom at branson horizons for $5000, including all fees they were asking 10,500. I think it was a great deal. I searched for over a year before buying. i feel it's a great resort for the midwest.
i have never bought one but I CAN see horizons branson in the getaway section.
i assume if you are a member of II you can buy anything.
cheers

Have you ever traded it through II and if so, did it pull what you wanted in a trade?

From the pictures I found on the internet, I thought Horizons Branson reminded me a little of Disney's Villas at Wilderness Lodge or Disney's Hilton Head Island resorts.

Thanks for the help.
