Hi,

I've heard in this board that you can get into Grand Mayan by exchanging through SFX. I have a membership in SFX. However when I made a request in SFX, it can only specify the area I am interested in, not the specific resort. If I want to request Grand Mayan specifically, what is the best way to do this? Thanks in advance.

There is a message box in the online reservation form. In that box you should specify that you only will accept that particular resort.

I found their website would not let me request what I wanted
I just sent them an email and they were great.
