Hi everyone,

After dozens of sales presentation and a long hiatus from the forum, I became a Chairman's owner on MVC. I am looking for advice as I plan to rent a partial of my points on one of the prominent platform here like everyone suggested; VacationPointExchange.com. However it required some sort of verification before you can post an ads before it's visible to everyone which is understandable. Is there any other alternative on renting out your points? Unfortunately, I have sent my personal identification to Steven Ting in order to be "Verified" and I am kind of skeptical since there are no replies after that.

Thanks in advance for any suggestion!

You can tag him on here, he usually responds

@StevenTing

In addition you can use the usual 3rd party rental sites such as redweek as well as the Facebook pages for MVC sales and rentals.
You can also reserve weeks and rent them out, usually you get more for that as renting club points rarely yields more than the maint fee for the points, due to the number of enrolled owners that rent out and have lower maint fees per club point than Trust points.

two strategies for renting out points. book first and list that interval for rent...or search the various marketplaces for folks seeking out rentals that you can reserve with your points and reach out to them to negotiate a price!

this was the subject of the most recent TUG video guide!

Steven is very responsive. I expect you'll hear from him.
