Renting in Playa del Carmen

Need a little help. I am looking for a 3 bed 3 bath on the beach TS rental in Playa del Carmen. I started looking on the Marketplace but because I don't know that many TS in PDC it's a long process. Any recommendations

I would recommend the Grand Luxxe which is like it says the most luxurious of all. I know they have 3br with special sports package 16 roundsd of golf and free spa treatments. I saw some value pricing around $2,200- $2,600 including the sports and spa on Redweek

If you don't have to use Timeshare

I understand this is a timeshare website and most people would like to use/stay in timeshares only......however.....When we need more than 2 bedrooms we usually include looking at "Other than timeshares"......there just aren't alot of LARGE timeshares. So whenever I've got a group traveling (we can have up to 8 kids).....we always used one of the rental companies.....VRBO, cyberrentals, homeaway, or even just googling vacation rentals in an area.

Its not a timeshare, but I've stayed here in the past and loved it:

I think the above site is management company of the developer for owners who have chosen to list with them. There more units available in VRBO including a 3 bedroom.

Location is one block from 5th Ave and a couple blocks from the beach. We enjoyed it a lot and I always recommend it when I get the chance.

Send me a PM if you want more details on which unit I stayed in. Not sure if I should be advertising those details, but I don't mind sharing.
