Renting Grand Luxxe from owners?

Since exchanging into a 4BR at Grand Luxxe is no longer possible through RCI or Interval, does anyone know of a reputable owner rental site? Redweek has lots of studios through 2BR's for rent, but I'm looking for the 4BR Residence units. Also, am I correct in assuming there aren't any restrictions or additional fees when renting directly from an owner?

Has anyone ever heard of or worked with this group? It claims to represent the largest group of Grand Luxxe, Grand Luxxe Spa Tower, Grand Luxxe Loft, Grand Luxxe Rentals & Grand Luxxe Punta owners in the world.

I receive emails offering rentals of Grand Luxxe units of all sizes. Bob, the owner of the site, seems to be a very standup guy. I would trust him with rentals if I wanted to rent.
