Renting a House at OBX through RCI / Wyndham

Has anyone here ever rented a house through the RCI exchange (We are Wyndham owners and can move points to RCI).

Just curious if it worked out well.

What other fees were involved?

Do you mean the Wyndham vacation resort houses available through RCI? They generally are only offered in the dead of winter and have additional Housekeeping fees listed in the important info. Sometimes the additional fees on those units are in the $100-$400 range for the week.

how these properties are processed
The fees are not clear and no one
seems to know the exact charges.

I have seem a $400 fee to heat the
swimming pool (during the season)
