Any one having luck renting out williamsburg and Massanutten weeks and if so where did you advertise? I have rented out a few through facebook groups but still have about 4 two bedrooms to rent out for the summer. I haven't had any interest on craigslist or redweek. I have had good luck with redweek for Vistana weeks including shertaton broadway plantation this year. Has anyone listed Massanutten of VV with Koala and if so any luck? Anyone have luck through the developer?

Bump

I have been thinking about booking a late July Woodstone 2BR home week (it is still available) and posting it on TUG2.com and go-koala (both are free to me) just to gain experience on how to rent a timeshare. I don't really need to do it for money and I am not yet drowning in points ... but I would kind of like to gain experience.

It would only really cost me the $89 in insurance I plan to buy in case things fall through and I have to cancel the reservation. Would I be wasting my time and money trying to do this?

Would $700 to $750 per 2BR be reasonable? There are a few listed on go-koala for around that range. There are a couple on Redweek for $1,200 per week (man that seems high).
