On the Aruba Surf Club FB group there is a lady who appears to have a large following and a good reputation?
I am curious if anyone is familiar with this lady?
How has she managed to get such a large inventory to rent?
Is this person a broker? Does she actually own at Aruba Surf Club?

Not implying that there is anything wrong. Just curious by nature.

Her name is

Gina Zeitoune Aini

I would have to believe she may even be a member here on TUG.
Please feel free to reply :)

Not sure how she gets all her inventory but she seems to help renters and owners so I believe she is an intermediary.

Yeah looks like she has a good reputation. Definitely a broker with a mix of her own possible inventory that she can rent?

Gina is broker but is also an owner at Surf Club. She's been brokering Marriott Aruba rental weeks for about 6 years, maybe more.

Gina is well known by Aruba Surf Club owners for helping them to rent their unused weeks for a small cut of the rental. We rented through Gina last fall and she was wonderful to work with.

You are an owner and you rented your unused week? May I ask wha was the commission fee that Gina charged?

I have worked with Gina previously to rent our Surf Club units. The experience has always been very positive and she is great to work with.

We are Chairman's Club owners and also Surf Club owners and I have worked with Gina many times when we had excess points or reservations. It has always been a good outcome for us.

Agree with all that she is legit! I think it's great that individuals can be in the rental game rather than the Big Players like Redweek / Marriott.
I am not at all interested in getting into the rental business. My questions are just my curious inquisitive brain.

We all know how much Redweek charges. We all know what Marriott charges.
Just trying learn here. If anyone prefers you can send me a private message regarding the commission fee?

I would be curious to know as well!

I suppose if no one answers here we could message her and inquire about her services as well.

We could. Would rather not just yet. Truth be told Aruba weeks are easy to rent out. Perhaps most people just like to push the easy button and let someone else do the legwork. I am a DIY type.

Gina has rented a few of my units in the past. She's easy to deal with and very responsive. Each time she contacted me regarding units I posted on red week. She gave me my asking or close to price so I never bothered to ask her. I think almost all brokers work this way and do not really disclose what they rented it for.
