Check www.Redweek.com and www.MyResortNetwork.com

There are people/brokers renting multiple units who advertise on those websites and I suspect one or more of them can get you two units for the same week.

Also check out Vacation Resorts By Owners or vrbo.com

Of the three sites mentioned, and putting aside relative costs, are any of them the best for renting out units?

Any words of caution for them?

Thx.

VRBO is far more expensive to use - it's generally used by full-time condo owners - not one week timeshare owners. I haven't checked lately, but I believe it's over $200 just to join. I don't think that's cost effective for a timeshare rental.

On all of the website mentioned, YOU are completely in charge of your own rental. The website just provides the classified Ad, and you handle all the details of the transaction yourself.

There is no one website that is the only one you need to use. In this competitive market it is critical to have your Ad posted on as many cheap and free website as possible, for the most traffic.
