Hello ~ I am co-owner on a timeshare and want to get off the title. The other person will take over 100%. What is involved w completely removing myself from the paperwork and deed? Thank you!

Assuming there is no loan outstanding it is simple. Co-Owners execute a deed deeding the property to the one who wants it. Then record the new Deed with the County and supply a copy to the Resort. Others on this site can recommend who to use to do this for you if you are not comfortable doing it yourself...
