Remodeling at Emerald Beach - Panama City

I talked to the front desk at Emerald Beach and she said that there were six floors closed right now for remodel.
I did not even know they were remodeling.

If anyone goes, please take pictures.
I would love to see what the newly remodeled rooms look like.

I went looking for pictures and saw that Emerald Beach in not all owned by Wyndham.
Please shed some light on this for me? I thought Wyndham owned he whole building.

Originally, one tower individually owned. Second tower is Wyndham, with a third down the road to be Wyndham. You can see the footings that have been the ground a longggg time.

I did not realize there were more than one tower.

It looks like one building (tower), but one half of it is Wyndham, the other are private condo owners.

The eastern most tower (block of condos) is privately owned. Wyndham recently did an exterior repaint of the buildings and installed new windows. Some of the condos' interiors are in desperate need of updating.
