Relinquish nightmare

Trying to relinquish my timeshare, but so far from what I’ve read it cost an arm and a leg!
Just another ripoff!

Question 1 does anyone have an email address for the relinquish programme? I have an email for Capital Vacations but they aren’t helpful at all! They just keep giving me a phone number which I can’t use as I’m not in US

Question 3 if by some chance I give it away ( for the cost of relinquishing) does anyone know how that process would work?
Same as if you sell

Question 2 what would happen if I just stop paying my fees?
Taking into consideration I’m not in the US
Any info would be greatly appreciated
