Sometime ago I asked about the new RCI affiliated timeshare in Saudi Arabia. The NY Times article, which was well documented here, stated that owners of that timeshare could trade into "any RCI resort worldwide," but that only Muslims could trade into this timehare.
My question was why would RCI become involved in a blatantly discriminatory situation and how was this fair to other RCI members? Would you accept a timeshare that would only allow Jews or Christians to reserve units? How can you operate this way and still be in compliance with US law?
