Your are going to need to be more specific

as most brokers work with certain properties or areas.

What are you looking to purchase?

Greg

There are a dozen or so brokers which have very good reputations here on TUG. BUT as Greg said most specialize in one area or TS system.

If you looking to purchase a high end TS like a Hyatt, Hilton, westin or Marriott the first person I'd call is Seth Nock But there are several others too.

But if you looking to buy a cheap TS (<$1,000) most brokers don't want to deal with them because the commisions would be so low.

Thank you for your response Aliikai2; I am interested in purchasing Sheratons, Westgates, Diamond Resorts, Silverleafs, etc. - pretty much anything and everything, but those resorts are near the top of my list - once again, thank you!! :)

Welcome to TUG! :hi:

Are you aware that even if you buy a timeshare somewhere like ebay it can still be transferred through a licensed escrow/closing company? That makes it very secure and will save you thousands of dollars....

I suggest that you make a commitment to do your research on TUG for 6 months before buying anything.
