I'm thinking this might get shut-down before someone can answer...but I respect opinions expressed.

Really asking for facts....not political or social opinions.

I read that Mexico would pay for the wall to be built. Wondering how that would be accomplished.

there is no possible response that would avoid politics.

Consider your home right beside a neighbor with kids that frequently come into your yard. You have decided to build a fence to keep those kids out. How would you get your neighbor to pay for building something for your benefit?

There is NO WAY to cause another government to pay for anything. Just can't happen.
