I see that they have check in on Sat and Sun. Are the newest units have check in on any particular day? Thanks in advance for your responses.

The newer units have the Saturday check in but many I personally think they have a slightly worse location.

As happy owners at Regal Vistas we have always favored the Sunday check-ins, which are the houses upfront from the entry gate to the private community swimming pool. Beyond the swimming pool area are the houses with a Saturday checkin.
This has been a rule that has been outlined on the community maps.

How long have you owned? Have the MF’s risen much?

Here is a map. I always check in on Sunday, as they are the best units.
