Refunded Housekeeping Credit Charge ($175)

I didn't know this but since I had no housekeeping credits for a booking this year I paid $175 dollars instead. After that I had canceled another reservation and a housekeeping credit for the use year was then made available.

I canceled that reservation to go from a 1 to 2 bedroom never thinking I would get the $175 back but they refunded the amount back to the credit card I used to make the payment and I then used the available credit from the canceled reservation.

Just an FYI.

Also, a very reasonable thing for Club Wyndham to do. I really like Wyndham just despise their sales practices and pressure on vacationers and innocent bystanders.

I just switched an upcoming Sat - Wed booking to Sun - Fri, and had enough points leftover to upgrade our 3 night room in Vegas in October, after an international trip. They refunded the housekeeping credit, same as you.

I think it is obvious that Wyndham wants to keep their owners happy with the program. The presentations are another story...
